CUSTOM ORDER MUGS
Please allow 9-10 weeks for your order to be filled before shipping.
Custom Orders open periodically when my schedule is not too hectic. I can only accept a small amount of custom orders during the months of Sept.- May due to career obligations. More orders can be taken during the months of June- Aug. Once your order request is received, I will email you an invoice from PayPal. Please see below for deposit specifications.

By submitting the order, the customer understands and agrees that there is a large amount of heart and work put into each piece. Therefore, there will only be one replacement given to remake a damaged piece. No remakes will be made for mugs whose glaze did not come out as desired. No returns will be given for damaged pieces after the 7 day shipping period.

Failure to provide the above details/requirements during the 7 day shipping period may result in a remake refusal of a damaged piece.

Some items on the Custom Order form can vary in price depending on the request. After the form has been reviewed, I will email you back with approval and the cost estimate (not including taxes or shipping). Once you have reviewed the estimate and approve it, I will send you the billing statement through Paypal (taxes and shipping will be listed on the Paypal statement).

Tier 1 Custom Orders ~ orders that include generic imagery i.e. stars, mushrooms, fancy handles, fruit colors, etc. 50% deposit required

Tier 2 Custom Orders ~ orders that include personal quotes, names, or artistic representations of personal imagery i.e. pets, places, faces, etc. 100% deposit required
